The program is designed for international soccer players between the ages of 18 and 23, who are looking to develop their full potential as soccer players, living the experience of their lives in Spain?


The International Soccer Academy, is a 10 months duration program.

Premium Level Football


  • Own identity in accordance with the demands of professional soccer and the philosophy of Real Sporting de Gijón’s International Soccer Academy.
  • Individual tactical, technical, physical and emotional development plan.
  • Athletics trainers and coaching staff with the highest qualifications requested (UEFA Pro Licence and Msc / Bachelor’s degree in sport science / sport management).
  • Performance analysis via video and individual reports.
  • Medical, physiotherapy and nutrition services.


Academic program and additional activities


  • Outdoor and Leisure Studies. Professional qualification for delivering arts, cultural, leisure and sport activities / projects.
  • Language Studies. Obtaining an official certificate that accredits your level and learning of the language.
  • Social Responsibility Activities. Volunteering, soft skills development and networking.
  • Attendance to Real Sporting de Gijón 1st team home games, which competes in LALIGA HYPERMOTION (2nd Division).


Accommodation, travel and other services


  • You will become part of the first generation of the Real Sporting de Gijón International Soccer Academy inductees and players
  • International hall of residence with double rooms. 
  • Full board accommodation (All meals are included).
  • Dining room, study room, plus a common multifunctional area for leisure and other activities.
  • 24 hours / 7 days designated staff (Tutors and security staff).
  • Assistance with travel and immigration procedures.
  • Medical insurance included.


Duration and Key Dates



  • 10 months (September 2023 to June 2024).
  • The dates indicated may vary depending on the requirements of the competition.
